Led by community members with lived expertise, Equitable Spaces provides customized training and support to local, state, and national groups that seek to engage individuals with the lived and living experiences of poverty and related issues in research and policy design, implementation, and evaluation. Its mission is to create equitable and inclusive opportunities for community members with lived and living experiences to incorporate their knowledge, perspectives, and expertise into the policies and programs that directly impact their lives.
